Estimates are based on the details you provide, including addresses, floor, lift access and the volume of goods. If the volume or access changes after the estimate, the coordinator will confirm the revised figure before loading.
The crew packs, loads and unloads on the date you confirm. You are responsible for making the goods available at the scheduled time and for ensuring access at both the pickup and drop address.
Cash, jewellery, important documents, firearms and hazardous or flammable items should not be handed to the crew. Please carry these with you. We are not liable for items you were advised to keep separately.
Transit insurance is available on request and is listed in the estimate. Claims follow the insurer's terms and require the inventory and the delivery note.
Payment terms are confirmed in the estimate. A booking amount may be collected in advance with the balance due on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Intercity transit times are estimates based on distance and driving hours. Weather, permits and road conditions can affect arrival and are communicated by the coordinator.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms stated in the estimate and any applicable insurance. Claims must be raised at the time of delivery or within the window stated on the delivery note.
